Tuesday Tips: Taking care of yourself is an act of resistance.
It protects your energy and reminds the world (and your inner critic) that you’re not here to be worn down.

Tuesday Tip from Wellness Coach Janet Steady:
Single tasking as an Act of Kindness
This month, instead of focusing on what or how much you eat, notice how you eat.
If you are always hectic and harried, try to sit down, take a breath, and just eat. Notice the color, aroma, and texture of your food. Feel what it’s like to be nourished in that moment. Mindful eating is an act of kindness — a way to “re-member” yourself.

Tuesday Tips:
When a goal feels overwhelming, the trick is to shrink the scale. Small steps are powerful. Each one builds confidence, lowers the pressure, and keeps you moving in the right direction.

If there’s something you’ve been putting off, pick the tiniest action you can take today. Progress doesn’t need to be dramatic to count — it just needs to happen. 👣✨

Tuesday Tips
Give yourself permission not to be perfect. Seriously—no gold stars required today.
When you drop the pressure to get everything “just right,” you make room for growth, ease, and a little more breathing space in your own life.

Try it out: choose one thing today to do well enough, and let that be enough.

Tuesday Tips
Take a small pause today—just long enough to notice one thing you’re grateful for.
Doesn’t have to be big or profound. Maybe it’s your morning coffee, a quiet moment, a friend who gets you, or the fact that you made it through a tough day.

Gratitude won’t fix everything, but it does shift the ground beneath your feet just enough to keep moving forward.

What’s one thing you’re grateful for today?

Tuesday Tips!
Take a moment today to notice one thing about yourself that feels good to acknowledge.
Maybe it’s a quality you rely on, a choice you made, or a way you showed up. Naming our strengths helps us remember who we are—especially on the tougher days.

Give yourself that moment. You deserve it. 🌿✨
