Hey š itās Shawn and Emilyš
Take a minute and get to know our Athletic Trainers!!!
Shawn has been with us at Chiron for two years and Emily recently joined our team at the start of this new year. They both bring a variety of athletic training experiences and have worked with collegiate level sports team before joining us at the clinic.
Most people arenāt aware that athletic trainers can work in a clinical setting like a physical therapy practice. But not only are they allowed to work in clinics but they are highly qualified to do so š Having athletic trainers on our team adds a different perspective both educational and practically that we feel only heightens what our facility has to offer.
We couldnāt be more thankful for these two and we hope they had an amazing Athletic Training Month!!!šāāļø
Itās funny cause itās true š¤£
Weāre not sure if itās because the clinic staff is so focused on being present with our patients or if itās just because they get sick of our questions š¤ š
But when we say we take a team approach here at Chiron we mean it!!!
If youāve been to our practice you know that when it comes to scheduling weāll always try and make what works for you work for usā¦
Sometimes it just takes a bit of that teamwork magic to make it happen for you āØ
You finally made it š„¹
Weāre so happy for you and yet sad to see you goā¦
Like this is youāve successfully completed physical therapy and weāre sad to say goodbye to our Chiron family!!! š¤
Your medical history is important to us!!! š
While it may seem like some of your medical history may not be relevant you NEVER know. The body is so incredibly connected and physical therapists know that better than anyone else.
Come prepared at your first visit to share the story behind your pain and anything that might be an underlying cause of it.
Our therapists are experts when it comes to diagnosing the root problem for your pain and are the best at answering any questions you might have. Your evaluation is a dedicated, one-on-one time with a member of our team so that we can address these things from the start and create the best course of treatment for your condition!
