And since the Holy Spirit lives within us,
and we can sense Him as close as our very breath,
we can breathe and know:
In me
He lives and

has His being.
This reminds us that we cannot move far from Him. All that He is is in you. We are not God, but He chose you - as you were, as you are now, and as you allow Him to flow through you.
Breathe.
And allow Him to work in and through you.
SUP Yoga is Back!
Our summer is looking a little different this year, so we will be offering private sessions for SUP yoga. This way we hope to have more availability. Here's the info:
Private SUP Yoga Sessions
- Monday - Saturday
- Open to newbie and experienced SUP yogis. Getting wet on a hot day is the best part!
- $175 for a 1-1/2 hour session for up to 7 participants.
- Session includes instruction to get acquainted with the board, SUP yoga lesson for all-skill levels, photo session (photos are yours to keep!)

Yoga - yoke
We are yoked to God, yoked in Christ, yoked in the Spirit.
Sometimes yoga is taking a walk to refresh our bodies and refresh our souls. Sometimes yoga is being enveloped and upheld in the love and prayers of family and friends near and very far. We can look at a yoke as a restraint or we can look at a yoke as walking through life with people who hold us up and bring us closer to God.
