All month long we've been celebrating Women's History Month by highlighting our Trauma-Informed Care principle of the month: Cultural, Historical and Gender Issues. 🌸

We believe that honoring a person’s unique identity and history is key to compassionate healing. To celebrate, our team has been:

📜 Honoring History: Our bulletin board features trailblazing women who paved the way for others.

🌳 Sharing Gratitude: Our "Shoutout Tree" is blooming with leaves dedicated to the influential women in our employees' lives.

We strive to weave these values into every aspect of the care we provide.

Tell us in the comments: Who is a woman in your life who has made a difference? 👇

Big shoutout to our March Employee of the Month, Lita! 🏆

Lita truly lives by The Platinum Rule: treating others how they want to be treated. By honoring every patient’s unique background and identity, she ensures everyone in her care feels seen, respected, and valued.

Thank you, Lita, for your tireless efforts, your thoughtful communication, and your unwavering commitment to excellence. We're so lucky to have you on our team! 🏆💙

This month's Trauma Informed Care principle of the month is Cultural, Historical & Gender Considerations! To celebrate our local roots and the importance of identity, we treated our staff to a Utah-style dirty soda bar! 🥤✨

Dirty soda is a popular, trendy alternative to alcohol and coffee—combining soda with cream, flavored syrups, lime, and other fun, customizable add-ins.

Recognizing and honoring the unique cultures, histories, and backgrounds of our staff and clients is a key part of providing safe, responsive care. By integrating this awareness into everything we do, we aim to better support recovery and actively resist re-traumatization. Cheers to a community that heals together! 🥤💛
