Bree Lambert-Live Well. Finish Strong. For over 25 years I have been dedicated to pursuing my passion for endurance athletics, health and fitness. Contact me for help on how to Live Well. Live Well.

I feel blessed to do what I love by helping others pursue their journey in these areas. Finish Strong. This business was born out of a time in my life when I was going through significant life changes. I was newly divorced, became a single parent with a toddler Summer Blu and had an accident that left me wondering if I would be able to continue competing as an endurance athlete. I was super discouraged. Felt like I failed on many levels and just wanted to curl up in a ball and quit everything. But life has a way... or should I say, God has a wake of changing things up and working things out. As a woman of faith I had to lean in on my belief that God is good and despite the challenges of what was happening I knew I had to keep moving forward and pursue what mattered to me for my sake and my daughters. Fitness-Competition-Good Living

Live Well. Came out of this time in my life and I feel it was God inspired. As a performance coach and fitness professional I want to share with my clients the importance of not just training for your sport to compete. It's more than that. It's training your mind and your body. The connection between how we think, how we fuel and how we perform work together. So it is with this mindset that I coach clients. Live Well- take care of your body from the inside out. Nourish your heart, your mind, and your body with all things good. Finish Strong - approach your sport (be it in recreation or
competition) with your best effort. When you combine these principles I believe you will see results happen and can be the best athlete you can be. There's no magic pill or quick results. You have to make it happen and do the work. It works for me and as a coach and athlete , that's the best example I can offer you. Try me!

Morning miles and a reminder to keep showing up — even when the path isn’t always easy.

My health and fitness journey started with small steps like this, and it’s grown into a passion for living well, finishing strong, and helping others do the same.

Today is a double-votes day in the Ms. Health & Fitness Magazine Competition as they narrow down to the Top 15.
If you’d like to support me, you can vote for free through the link in my bio.
I truly appreciate every bit of encouragement along the way. 🙏🏼

Moving on to the next round — Top 20! 💛

This journey began when I was a single mom building a business while pursuing my passion for health, fitness, and helping others live stronger lives. I’m so grateful for the encouragement and support that’s helped me get this far.

Daily votes are free, and donation votes help support families of children with cancer while funding pediatric cancer research through the B+ Foundation.

Congratulations Stephen Strauss Awesome accomplishment.
71 years young and still at it.
🎉🎉🎉

Stephen shares his report:

"I completed the Badwater 267 VR today placing 59 of 351 runners. Although lots of people did it faster, I completed it sooner.
It's been quite the challenge starting out New Years Day at Across the Years race in Phoenix with 66 miles. Then putting in over 60 miles a week, with the final week at 70 miles. Most of my runs were in the Carson City, Nevada Reno, Tahoe, Truckee, as well as Auburn and Pleasanton, California. It's been a tough but also rewarding experience.

Thanks to my friends who shared miles with me, Tony, Erica, and Lucia. Thanks to Coach Bree for giving me the tools to complete the hours on the trails. " 😀
Congratulations Stephen on getting it done. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Hello Family and Friends:

Just want to say THANK YOU to those who have responded by voting for me as the next Ms. Health & Fitness .

It means a lot that you took the time out of your busy day to cast a vote.
Round one of the competition ends February 5th at 7pmPST, there is still plenty of time to spread the word to others.

I'd like to also add this competition is supporting a worthy cause.
ALL donation votes will go towards the Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation.
This foundation provides financial assistance to families of children with cancer as well as pediatric cancer research.
I know two families who were impacted by the loss of their child to cancer last year.
💔

When I reflect on what I hope to achieve this year, it's to provide impact to others and build partnerships that make a difference.

Thank you again for your support.
Let's do this! ♥️
