Late post: watching and cheering on, one of my heroes, Genaro Diaz, as he runs a personal best record in the 5000 meters. His son also ran a terrific time and is a chip off the ol' block. Genaro is amazing and inspiring and is a constant reminder to me and my patients, and all whom I'm able to tell, that there is no reason why we can't continue to excel in our "senior" years. As busy as he is together with his son, running a successful coffee company, Proyecto Diaz, Genaro is able to stay in top running shape and continue to grow as a top runner. Congratulations Genaro, and thank you for being a tide that lifts all boats.
