Here’s how to be happier and healthier….

Do more of what you love,and less of what you don’t.

It seems so simple, yet can be so hard. The habits that we are unaware of are the ones that are probably causing us the most unhappy and draining our energy the most. So I start to pay attention to the things that fill you up and do more of those and also pay attention to the things that don’t fill you up. I do less of those.

Here’s 3 things I learned that have changed my life in 2024 ⚡️

1) Removing alcohol from my life has been an “unlock” of energy, focus, presence, resiliency and the ability to recognize old patterning and make change.

Oh, and it’s improved my metabolism, sleep, mood and strength.

As a historically heavy drinker, I’m wondering now “what is the benefit of alcohol in my life at all?”

2) Incorporating the Japanese philosophy of “Misogi” into my life is something I will do moving forward.

This is the act of doing something so tough, that it changes the way you live your whole year.

This year I lived in the Jungle for 10 days with a shaman and faced my fears of death, ayahuasca and mortality. I will share more about this experience when I have fully digested it.

3) The life, health and success that I seek is probably on the other side of having just 1 tough conversation with myself or someone close to me.

The tough conversations I am avoiding are the exact ones I need to be having to move my life and destiny forward.

I do not want to give fear or discomfort that much power over my reality.

2024 has been one of my most transformative years yet and I’m curious to see what 2025 has in store next.

2024 was BIG and felt like I was on a bullet train of inner growth and elevation.

Let go of old and negative habits.

Leaned into authentic communication.

Confronted fears of death, ego and ayahuasca.

Lived in the jungle for 10 days.

Started in-depth therapy.

Dropped 25lbs.

Built a business to over 7-figures.

Signed a lease on a new training space.

Feel like I’m just warming up tbh.

Get in the train for 2025 and start moving forward one decision at a time in the direction of growth and change.
