For this session, we focused on lymphatic drainage and fascia release to address cycle-related puffiness and inflammation. By softening areas of restriction within the fascia and stimulating lymph movement, we were able to decongest the skin, reduce swelling, and promote a more sculpted, refreshed appearance. I believe it is time for another (re)introduction of myself ☺️ Over the last couple of weeks I have had several new followers so welcome to my page, I’m so happy your here ✨

* This wouldn’t be a proper a introduction without me telling you I’m a Pisces ♓️ goddess. I am lover of astrology, with a strong belief our fates are written within the stars. ⭐️ I use my intuition to read skin, energy, and the spirit.

* I’m a 5 year esthetician, certified in clinical herbalism as well as an acne specialist. When you visit my practice you get more than just a service. You receive professional and honest skincare advice along with holistic remedies that nurture the body + skin. I am never shy to share my experiences with skin and gut issues that I have endured my entire life. This is why I am so passionate about my career path because I had to take my health into my own hands long ago.

* At the core of my practice, I want to help people heal. In whatever form that may be- from facials, gentle massage, slaying brows, to giving advice, to be a listening ear, or even having tough conversations that bring more awareness. My clients feel safe, calm, and taken care of in my space.

* The term alchemy means transformation 🦋 I transform people nearly everyday in my practice. They trust me with their beautiful faces so I can help them enhance their natural state, and feel confident in their own self. Feeling confidence, brings forth a better you, a calmer you, a happier you. I’m not only enhancing physical appearances but also in the mind and nervous system. When following the path of the highest integrity as an esthetician, it can be incredibly powerful. I do not take this position that I’ve built lightly, I hold it with deep love and empathy.
