Just me over here wondering, when did natural health 🌿 become named "alternative medicine?"

I feel like natural health should be the OG, and western medicine should be the alternative. 🤔

Don't get me wrong, western medicine is totally necessary and life-saving. But what if we turned to more natural methods for our everyday, standard health?? What if we treated food and exercise like original medicine instead of Advil and sleeping pills? Chiropractic and acupuncture before muscle relaxers? 💪
