This year I've made a mindful intention to truly deepen my yoga practice. These past few months I have strayed away, and my body has been telling me it's not good. To start off with deepening my own practice, I'll be posting 1 message a week with my Yogic Path Oracle cards by Sahara Rose as well as 1 pose per week with modifications. I hope you follow me and join me on starting or deepening your own practice.
This week's message is Karma. How does this relate to yoga? Karma Yoga is a branch of Yoga that offers unique practices and philosophies that you may follow to achieve Moksha or enlightenment. Karma is the path of self-transcending action. For every action there is a reaction. If we want more kindness in the world, we too have to be kind. In order to liberate ourselves and find a sense of enlightenment, we need to realize that we cannot control others' actions. What we can control are our actions, which in turn liberates us from their control. How can we move through our lives this week and be mindful of our actions? How can we sow the seeds for world we want to live in?
