KF's very own, Dr Kyle Craw spent 2 days in North Platte. He said "nearly all the kids needed glasses and many were very significant" 80% for school is visual. If a child cannot see, how can they learn? Thanks Dr. Kyle and the other docs that helped.

VSP Eyes of Hope brought free eye exams and glasses to North Platte students this week.

The Nebraska Foundation for Children Vision(NFCA)has a goal of $10,000 to help children who do not have insurance or qualify for a charitable care.

This month is about bringing awareness and ensuring every child has access to a comprehensive eye exam.
