🗣️ Voluntary phonation is a complex process involving quite a few muscles and anatomical structures working together to produce sound 🎶

Finding fun, effective ways to illustrate this process is important for our hand-on learners. 🙌🏻

🎸 The vibrations of the guitar allow for a great illustration of the vibrations occurring in our larynx, and our natural tendency to make sounds to music allows for shaping opportunities 👍🏻

Not to mention, something about the presence of a guitar boosts joint attention 😊
