Having discovered a true passion for marketing, sales and negotiation, he soon became recognized as a Viega Top Gun Producer working the Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade County markets, allowing him to be recognized in the top 10% of company sales reps for Stryker nationwide. Over the course of the next decade, this success continued, where he was recognized year in and year out as a top sales achiever coast to coast in the industry. Eventually shifting gears from the Healthcare arena, David took his interdisciplinary skills and attained his real estate license to become more actively involved in the real estate industry by combining marketing, sales and organizational skills with real estate development skills and exceptional customer service.
