Fitness peeps, I just finished Part 2 of my core stabilization video on YT. Check it out when you can, it's a short 5 minutes and you can do it in your living room on a yoga mat. Your posture will significantly improve if you do it consistently (2-3 times a week) for 4-6 weeks. IM me for tips if a move seems too challenging. Share with your friends! Have a great weekend!

You should NEVER hire a personal trainer just for great workouts or intellectual knowledge. You have the internet, podcasts, videos, books, you have DVDs, your Peloton, your Apple Fitness, Fitbit, you have tons of online resources for that. Save your money.

You should ALWAYS hire a personal trainer when you want 1) one-on-one support (live or virtual), 2) motivation, 3) guidance, 4) direction, 5) inspiration & 6) wisdom.

The Power to Create Is Inside Out

Established in 2003, my fitness adventure began in Marin County, CA. Now, super excited to spread the love in Miami, FL! My parents are my fitness role models: dad's in tennis, mom's in long-distance running and skiing. My sports are volleyball, swimming, tennis and running. We all love to dance and sing! I began lifting weights/running at the age of 13 and kept myself fit through university. However, after graduating, I entered the sedentary workforce and my fitness level declined. Sound familiar? Here’s a quick job history... *3 yrs AIDS/HIV Social Worker *8 yrs Tech/Video Games industry Project Management *2 yrs Middle School Algebra Teacher These "sit-down" jobs affected my physical and mental health ... overweight, high stress, back and knee pains. I also wanted to create more tranquility within myself which I found through meditation and prayer. In 2003, I applied the principles of mind and body training & reached a level of fitness, beyond that of my college years. I realized my true passion "to share the wisdom I gained and help people get fit!" Now 17+ yrs, I've been certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Eternally grateful to all my past, current and future mentors, clients and friends!
