As energetic beings, we thrive on the energy that flows through our Energy centers, known as Chakras. As we move through life, we experience negative events, traumatic occurrences, criticism, loss, pain. It’s a lot for us to handle, isn’t it? Often, we aren’t even aware that we are holding onto these experiences and events deep within us. When we store these icky things, no matter how big or small, we experience a disruption in the flow of our energy. That disruption causes blockages within our Chakras which can manifest in physical illnesses, emotional instability, mental health struggles, or even a disconnect from spirituality.
