To feel better every day, try implementing a few simple habits:

✔ Do breathing exercises for 5-10 minutes in the morning
The "lip breathing" technique helps reduce shortness of breath and improve lung ventilation.

✔ Ventilate the room 2-3 times a day
Fresh air reduces irritants.

✔ Drink enough fluids
This helps thin mucus and facilitate its removal.

✔ Eat small portions
An overloaded stomach makes it difficult for the diaphragm to function.
