🙌🙌We are in the era of delayed gratification.
As a collective, more and more of us are WAKING TF UP and ditching the need for instant gratification because it's likely bullsh*t, unhealthy, or even dangerous!

💪This is the era where we associate discipline with self responsibility and accountability instead of shame and punishment

🤸‍♀️Where we tend to our bodies to be HEALTHY and have LONGEVITY instead of focusing on being skinny or "better" than our friends

🧘‍♀️Where we allow ourselves to take our time through our healing process instead of spiritually bypassing to reach the finish line.

🫁Where we turn to things like journaling, breathwork, self care practices, or using our 5 senses to get back into our body when feeling stressed or dysregulated instead of picking up a magnum of wine or popping some pills as a coping tool.

Let it burn

All of the pain you carry

Let it burn

The shame, the doubt, the suffering

Let it burn

Any and all beliefs that you deserve to be punished for choices you made when you were merely surviving

Let it burn

Thinking that karma is WHY you're still finding it hard to get what you want so badly

Let it burn

Beliefs that you have about your worthiness based on how others have treated you or what they've said about you

Let. It. Burn.
Let it all burn in the f*king fire
Turn that pain into love and watch as the fires illuminate your soul. Your truth. Your freedom.

The phoenix who rises.
The badass who let's go even when it feels scary as hell.

The badass who chooses to take full accountability and responsibility for who she truly is.
And is able to forgive herself and those that imposed their suffering into you.

This weekend, while in ceremony with my self, I witnessed my old world, my old life, and my old self burn in her grave.

Spirit said, "Dont you see, you escaped! Everything you did as HER, you did to survive. But now you are free."

I realized.....

The most badass things I have ever done in my entire life was CHOOSING to get sober, stay sober, take responsibility for me and my choices, apologize and forgive myself, and let go of the responsibility of the choices others have made against me, or in spite of me.

Today and everyday, I am grateful to be an able bodied, healthy Phoenix who continues to soar higher and higher above the flames to fan them and ignite magic in this world!

As a collective many of us are burning our pain to ash and rising into our true souls power and potential. We did not come to this planet to ONLY suffer. We came to soar.✨️✨️
