Join Carrie in the gym on Saturday January 17th, at 11 AM for a gentle, guided workshop on movement and mobility. Slowly acclimate your body in the space to bring awareness to how you move and learn about mobility, safety and wellbeing. Movement + education brings confidence!

Free to attend; preregistration is required.

Open to all ages and abilities; specifically those who are new to international movement or older adults looking to bring mobility and balance into their daily life.
