Sweatshirts and T-shirts are available in adult sizes, with sweatshirts beginning at $40 and T-shirts starting at $25. All prices include shipping, and shirts will be shipped to the address that you enter.

All proceeds will benefit the SOMC Heart and Vascular Fund.

The online store will close at 5 pm on Monday, Feb. 5, and shirts will arrive the week of Feb. 19.

Hours for South Webster Family Practice will be changing for Sherry Young CNP and Brandon Grant CNP. Starting on April 2, both providers will be moving to 3 twelve hour days. Brandon will be working Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and Sherry will be working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We will also schedule lab services starting at 7 am. Please call for an appointment.
