Hi I'm Sylvia Overton, I began my journey into Massage Therapy in 2009. I believe massage and energy work can help aid in the healing of the whole self. Using a therapeutic touch and symmetry, I help create a relaxed state in the body and mind. I like to use a mix of deep tissue, myofascial, and trigger point therapy to release muscle tensions. I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach and am dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each client to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them. I am also a licensed Esthetician in State of CT.
