Windsor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers post-acute skilled nursing care for short-term rehabilitation and recovery following surgery or illness, and long-term skilled care for complex medical concerns and custodial care. Conveniently located just off of Exit 8 of the Mid-Cape Highway in a peaceful neighborhood, Windsor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has been caring for people in the Mid-Cape area for over 30 years. Our award-winning care includes short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, long-term care, respite care short stays, and hospice services. Locally run and staffed by caring and attentive South Yarmouth-area healthcare professionals, Windsor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is backed by Integritus Healthcare, a leader among nonprofit, post-acute care providers in Massachusetts. This affiliation gives us the tremendous advantage of access to an extensive network of top healthcare professionals and other resources to support our programs and services. Awarded by an independent panel of examiners, the Silver Achievement Award is the second of three sequential steps toward the most prestigious recognition in the long-term care profession and reflects our commitment to the highest levels of patient care. Modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award - the nation's premier award for recognizing distinguished achievement - AHCA/NCAL quality awards recognize select communities that serve as models of performance excellence and continuous quality improvement in long-term care services.
