Windsor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers post-acute skilled nursing care for short-term rehabilitation and recovery following surgery or illness, and long-term skilled care for complex medical concerns and custodial care. Conveniently located just off of Exit 8 of the Mid-Cape Highway in a peaceful neighborhood, Windsor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has been caring for people in the Mid-Cape area for over 30 years. Our award-winning care includes short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, long-term care, respite care short stays, and hospice services. Locally run and staffed by caring and attentive South Yarmouth-area healthcare professionals, Windsor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is backed by Integritus Healthcare, a leader among nonprofit, post-acute care providers in Massachusetts.
