Yannatos Physical Therapy is a family owned and operated outpatient physical therapy center. As locals, we strive to serve the Cape Cod community and aim to provide an energetic and positive environment for patients to recover and regain independence. Treatment programs will begin with a comprehensive evaluation which allows each patient to receive an individualized and evidence-based plan of care. Our highly skilled and educated Physical Therapists will develop goal-specific treatment programs based on the latest evidence to maximize the strength, endurance, and mobility required for patients to return to their prior level of function and improve their quality of life as quickly and safely as possible. Our company is committed to providing excellent physical therapy care and superior customer service in our daily operations while positively affecting the lives of our patients and their families. "In the lead-up to the 2024 NYC Marathon, I started having persistent soreness in my left leg that I couldn’t stretch out or strengthen. I ran the race on Advil and had a great day, but completely paid the price for it. I was hobbling around for weeks so while I was home for Thanksgiving, Christina and her team at Yannatos Physical Therapy found some time to squeeze me into their schedule. What I had assumed was a pulled calf muscle turned out to be a distressed nerve in my lower back that I had been agitating by trying to stretch out. Christina identified the issue in about twenty minutes and came up with a treatment plan to get me back on track and stronger than before. I’m very happy to say that I ran my second NYC Marathon this past November pain-free and achieved a 13-minute PR! Christina and her team met me where I was and created the foundation for me to stay healthy and build on my progress. My only regret is not reaching out sooner!” ~ Matt H.
