It’s Wisdom Wednesday! Anger can be our friend when used productively. As a people who live mindfully, we are able to feel our anger arise and view it as observers, giving us pause that prevents anger reactivity. The seasoning of mindfulness turns ungrounded anger, a short circuit, into fuel— fuel for advocacy, setting boundaries, and higher purpose. “Mindfulness is used as a therapeutic technique.”
