Meet Dr. Zito, the certified “Mom” of Bass River Pediatrics. She is a favorite among her patients and has a true passion of caring for others. She enjoys mentoring students, cooking, and spending time with her special needs son and two adult children. On vacation you can find her trying to keep up with Dr.Colmer on his infamous hikes and bike rides. In the summer you can find her enjoying ice cream at the Ice Cream Smuggler in Dennis. Dr. Zito is currently accepting newborns and children until 10 who are new to the area.

Dr. Colmer has been the proud owner of Bass River Pediatric Associates since 1993. He is an avid runner and enjoys staying active. You may find him running down 6A or biking to work on a nice day. He enjoys giving back to his community, whether that be buying locally from Cape Abilities Farm, working closely with HAC, or sponsoring youth sports. Most importantly Dr. Colmer is a dedicated father to his special needs son and two adult children.

Hello Bass River Pediatrics Family and patients..

We will be opening for regular business hours beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, February 25th.

Thank you all. We will reach out to reschedule appointments from Monday and Tuesday as soon as our phone system is up and running.

Due to power outage and patient and staff safety, we will not be opening our offices tomorrow, Tuesday February 24th. There is a possibility of a delayed opening. We will reach out to everyone with existing appointments to reschedule as best as possible. We will continue to have a doctor on call for any acute urgent care or guidance needed (508-394-2116). We hope you are all staying safe and warm.

The Town of Yarmouth will continue to follow weather updates throughout the weekend as we watch another potential round of snowstorms move towards the Cape.

As the Town prepares, please continue to follow the forecasts from the National Weather Service and local meteorologists.

If any announcements are made, they will be made here on the Town’s social media page and website.

If you have a non-emergency storm-related request for DPW, there are 2 options to do so online:

PLEASE: Do not submit the same request multiple times and through both systems. It creates a backlog and slows down response times.
