Shannon Russo-Pollack, Founder of health and lifestyle brand DASHA®, helps to guides and inspire New Yorkers to live healthier lives. For over a decade, Shannon the marketing force behind the DASHA® brand has worked collaboratively with “independent client providers” in addition to licensed professionals throughout the lifestyle and wellness industry. These professionals share the philosophy of total body health and work together to bring and all-inclusive experience. DASHA® NYC Premier Wellness Center has provided a sanctuary for busy professionals and the community to escape the daily stresses of the real world and nurture their mind, body and soul.

As a lifelong entrepreneur, Shannon began her journey to help conceptualize healthy living and corporate wellness for a new breed of over-stressed, always-connected professionals by drawing inspiration from her tremendous passion for wellness, belief of living a healthy lifestyle and her knowledge of fitness. Her dream took shape early on, after taking on the job of wife and mother. Eventually, Shannon’s personal and professional lives intertwined, leaving Shannon searching for opportunities to seal moments of serenity for herself. The more complex life became, the harder those moments were to find and seize.

Shannon has earned a reputation as an Authentic Lifestyle Expert in the Health and Wellness industry. In addition to building the DASHA® brand from the ground up, and making her name known inside hundreds of NYC corporations, Shannon strategically consults “best practice” for other entrepreneurs from healthy food companies to fitness and medical facilities. She is actively involved in many community related topics that involve mental health and well-being, nonprofit organizations and endurance events. Shannon and her family currently reside in Manhattan with VINCE and Frankie Blue.
