I wanted to let you know that we have had to permanently delete the page for Southampton Chiropractic due to repeated hacking incidents and unauthorized charges to our account.

Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, it has been impossible to get in contact with anyone at Facebook who can provide real support or assistance. For the safety of our practice and to prevent further fraudulent activity, we decided this was the best course of action.

We’ll continue to stay connected with our patients and community through other channels, and we appreciate your understanding.

Low Back and Leg Pain – Is it Sciatica?

Low back pain (LBP) can stay in the lower back or radiate down the leg. When pain travels into the leg, it may involve the sciatic nerve—commonly referred to as sciatica. True sciatica happens when this large nerve is pinched or irritated, often by a herniated disc, spinal arthritis, or other causes. Similar symptoms can also come from muscle issues, joint pain, or conditions like diabetes—these are sometimes called “pseudosciatica” or “neuropathy.”

Symptoms can include back pain, buttock or leg pain, numbness, tingling, or even muscle weakness. Fortunately, chiropractic care often helps relieve these issues without the need for surgery.
