Irby Psychological Services, LLC IPS offers psychological testing, individual/group/family therapy, occupational and speech therapy, and ABA therapy. Mississippi.

We serve Desoto County/Memphis (Southaven) and the Mississippi Delta (Clarksdale). We have expanded and are now providing more therapy services including a variety of group therapies, psychological testing, individual and family therapies, as well as some behavioral therapy. Our team consists of two psychologists (Sarah Irby and Tera Bradley), two counselors (Laurie Bankston and Nicole Clayton), and two behavior analysts (Brittain Coleman and Becky Kane). We also offer applied behavioral services in Clarksdale, Mississippi and in-home ABA services in Desoto County.

Important Notes:
🍂Social Skills/OT/Speech Families: A guardian 18+ must attend. This is a joint event and does not replace scheduled sessions.
🍂ABA Families: Guardian attendance is optional but recommended to stay on-site for emergencies and transportation.
🍂Clarksdale ABA Families: You may continue your child’s session at the Southaven clinic afterward—please inform your BCBA in advance.

Carys is an RBT at our Southaven clinic. They graduated from DeSoto Central High School in 2025and they’re currently a psychology major at the University of Memphis. They have volunteered with The Arc for over seven years and have a personal passion for supporting individuals with disabilities, inspired by their two younger siblings. When not at work, Carys enjoys spending time with their dogs and being outdoors in nature.

Shaciah is an RBT at our Southaven clinic. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Mississippi State University and plans to graduate in 2027. After completing her degree, Shaciah plans to earn her master’s and pursue a career in Cognitive Behavioral health. Her ultimate goal is to become either a Psychiatrist or a Psychologist. When she’s not at work, Shaciah enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and writing fantasy novels.

We’re wrapping up graduation season with a bang as we say goodbye to one of our silliest, sassiest, and most fun-loving friends! 🎉 Whether he was cracking us up, keeping us on our toes, or bringing big energy to every session, he made sure there was never a dull moment. His personality lit up the clinic, and we’re so proud of how far he’s come. 💙👏

Saying goodbye to all of our friends has been bittersweet, and while he’s the last graduate of this season, each one has left a lasting mark on our hearts. We’ll miss them all dearly and cherish the laughter and fun they brought every day. 💫
