We are excited to recognize Rodney Hayes, our dedicated Maintenance Director, as this month’s Employee of the Month.

Rodney has been part of the Goldton family for 8 months, and in that time, he has made an incredible impact on our community. His favorite thing about working at The Goldton is the welcoming atmosphere, and he plays a significant role in creating it every day.

He then spent 21 years as a commercial driver, bringing the same strong work ethic to his career. Latonya Terry is our employee of the month. Originating from Memphis, TN. She is one of our outstanding Resident Assistants on the night shift. Her advice for those in her field is to treat each and every one as you would like to be treated. Her favorite thing about working at the Goldton is serving residents.
