H**p is cannabis.

Both h**p and ma*****na come from the same species: Cannabis sativa L.

Here’s the difference:
THC content. That’s it.

H**p is legally defined as cannabis containing 0.3% or less Delta-9 THC by dry weight.
Ma*****na is cannabis with more than 0.3% THC.

That 0.3% line? It’s not based on science—it’s a political definition.

Why it matters:
This single misunderstanding has led to:
Legal businesses being raided in Idaho
Products being seized that are federally legal
Families losing access to safe, non-intoxicating h**p remedies
Voters and lawmakers making decisions based on misinformation

H**p is cannabis. Always has been.
