Snow Cancellation

As the snowstorm is forecasted to continue through the evening and morning, ALL AM classes will be cancelled tomorrow morning. I will be conducting a live session from my home gym tomorrow at 9am. All you will need is a small towel, extra t-shirt or a superband (resistance band). Workout can be scaled for ALL fitness levels (kids are welcome). One of the main questions we get at Stronger is “can I train there?” And our answer is always YES! Whatever your fitness level or age, we believe everyone needs strength. It makes us more resilient, capable and functional. All we ask is that you show up with a can do attitude and we’ll take care of the rest. Here is U. And B. crushing some sleds and chest presses in our 5pm group. They recently returned from a trip visiting their son on the West coast and were excited to return to training. U. said she felt great walking, hiking and enjoying her time with family and things were easier because of the work they’ve put in, in the gym. This is what it’s all about, more strength, more life!
