We are proud to recognize Samantha Boucher, Infection Control and Staff Development Coordinator at Southbridge Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, for her continued excellence in wound healing.

This recognition was presented by Wound Care Specialists, LLC in honor of Samantha’s outstanding clinical work and ongoing collaboration with their team. Through weekly rounding, close monitoring, and consistent communication, Samantha helps ensure optimal wound care outcomes for our residents.
