Join our wonderful growing business. We are in search of an experienced Office Assistant.
Duties Include:
-Overseeing clerical tasks
-Keeping an inventory of office supplies
and ordering new materials as needed
-Maintaining files
-Answering phone calls
-Scheduling and attending meetings
between new clients and new caregivers
-Bringing caregivers to their first
assignment.
-Taking and delivering messages
-Email Correspondence
-Social Media Account handling
Experience with Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, Facebook
Pay starts at $15.00 per hour but will increase based on experience
