Nutrition Monday is an ongoing monthly program that takes place the first Monday of every month. The program's goal is to help people in planning, purchasing and preparing food for greater health, wellness, and overall balance. you may ask...that's because studies have shown that when making a major (or minor) lifestyle change, the people who begin on a Monday set stronger goals and are more likely to accomplish them than if they set them on a Wednesday or Thursday. If you have been thinking of making some positive changes in your diet but don't know where to start, Nutrition Monday may be a good fit for you. In this program, you will learn about the importance of a diet free of toxins and chemically-altered ingredients and how the food you consume affects every level of your being: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Nutrition Monday addresses a timely and dire need in today’s world that is so dominated by fast, fried, and processed food. It will be facilitated by Carolyn Finch, Certified Nutritionist and Applied Kinesiologist. Due to the possible collapse of our current medical system, the birth of more challenged babies than ever before, and the increase of geriatric patients, guidance is needed. Nutrition Monday is a group environment where attendees can learn about the importance of a proper diet for a healthy and prosperous life.
