This is multiple Morpheus8 Radiofrequency skin tightening treatments done to not only improve the skin tightness but also to intentionally destroy fat. This treatment goes deep under the skin to deliver a controlled heat injury, forcing the collagen to repair (as part of the healing process) which then tightens the skin and the heat also destroys superficial fat in the process.

Operation Red Wings took the lives of 19 military service members on June 28, 2005. On that day, deep behind enemy lines east of Asadabad, a four-man Navy SEAL team was conducting a reconnaissance mission at an unforgiving altitude of 10,000 feet. The mission began in the Hindu Kush of Afghanistan. During the mission, an attack MH-47 Chinook from the the 3rd battalion, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, with eight additional Navy SEALs, was hit by an RPG, killing everyone onboard. This was the worst single day in the U.S. Force death toll since Operation Enduring Freedom began almost six years earlier. It was also the single largest loss of life in the Navy Special Warfare since World War II. Operation Red Wings would eventually go on to inspire the blockbuster movie, Lone Survivor. A work in progress for this 68 year young woman. This was several Morpheus treatments for skin tightening followed by Renuva to her hip dips and manual subcision of her cellulite. We’ll add more Renuva in the future and may move on to Aveli for the stubborn dimples. Look as good as you feel.

What is PRFM?
PRFM stands for Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix — it’s a natural substance made from your own blood. Think of it as a soft serum that’s packed with healing ingredients from your body, especially growth factors that help repair and regenerate tissues and wake up hair follicles.

How Does It Work for Hair Loss?
The idea is to wake up your hair follicles — the tiny pockets in your scalp that grow hair. As we age or due to other reasons (like stress or hormones), some of these follicles slow down or stop working. PRFM injections stimulate those sleepy follicles to start growing hair again.

How Is It Done?
1. A small amount of your blood is comfortably drawn.
2. It’s spun in a machine to separate the good stuff — mainly platelets and fibrin.

Why Use FM Instead of Just PRP?
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is another treatment using your own blood, but it acts quickly and disappears from the body fast. PRFM is like a slow-release version — it stays in place longer and slowly releases a lot more growth factors over time, giving your scalp a longer boost.

What to Expect:
• We perform this in our office
• There might be a little soreness, swelling, or redness after, but afterwards downtime is minimal to none.
• You may need several sessions over a few months.
• It doesn’t work for everyone, but most people see thicker, healthier hair over time.
• Can be combined with other hair promoting injections like finasteride, minoxidil and bitmatoprost to avoid the more systemic absorption or these medications when taking them orally.
