Yoga in the Park registration has opened up for the June session! There is a morning and early evening option for classes but space is limited in both. Registration must be through parks and recreation. YOGA IN THE PARK IS BACK!! I received the green light from Southbury Parks and Rec to be able to teach again in beautiful Settler's Park starting in May and running sessions through October. One Love Yoga has now expanded to its new name, "One Love Wellness" to include my mindfulness and Reiki offerings, as well as workshops and events to connect you to your inner light. I hope you will join me soon for a yoga, Reiki, or mindfulness class or workshop!

NEW CLASS OFFERINGS STARTING IN MARCH! I am excited to be welcomed into By Grace Recovery Service’s new expanded holistic and wellness center! I love their mission which is to offer a variety of healing services to their clients and the surrounding communities! Their studio is located close to the Newtown line in Monroe, CT. Like their page so you can be informed of the many variety of fun services they will be offering such as yoga, sound healing, workshops, meet up groups and more! I am so happy to be welcomed by this wonderful company to offer yoga classes and workshops at their new expanded studio that will not only cater to their clients, but the surrounding community and towns around Monroe, CT(located close to the Newtown Line). By Grace Recovery Service's mission is to create a holistic health and wellness studio with a passion for healing. Friends! I decided to update my name from One Love Yoga to One Love Yoga and Wellness since I offer a variety of services beyond yoga! It brings me pure joy to offer Mindfulness classes for schools and individuals, Reiki Healing for people and animals, and a variety of spiritual workshops that help connect you to your inner light. Although many of these services have been modified or on hold until it is safe to do so, I have faith that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I am so happy to be able to offer yoga classes indoors since there is nothing like the amazing energy of practicing yoga together! My yoga classes at The Graceful Planet in Sandy Hook, follows all CT COVID guidelines that enable you to practice safely in your own clean taped out space. Students are able to practice yoga 12 feet apart without a mask (of course feel free too wear one if you wish). MY WEDNESDAY MORNING 4 WEEK YOGA SESSION STARTS 10/7, 10am-11:15 am. Class fee is only $60 for 4 weeks!! Pre Registration is required as I am unable to allow drop ins.
