We can help you reach any fitness goals safely and effectively. Group classes offered to all levels; Core Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Meditation and Yoga and Pilates fusion. Vinyasa flow-to-fit style classes with strong emphasis on building functional strength and flexibility. A typical class begins with a warm up, then core strengthening, followed by a creative but thoughtful flow through poses. Classes finish with balancing practice and guided relaxation or meditation. The entire practice is centered around building functional strength, correcting muscular imbalances and posture, and improving balance. Thank you for another incredible year of showing up, rolling out your mats, shaking through planks, holding “just one more pulse,” and trusting us with your bodies and your time. You are the reason this studio exists—truly. Without your commitment, your energy, your laughter (and occasional side-eye during leg series 😅), Flow to Fit Yoga wouldn’t be what it is.
