So... there are two students missing from this photo! One is hidden behind another student, (Shiera)...but she was the most robust in the class lol.
I am beyond excited to introduce the next group of future social workers from CCSU! These incredible MSW students are about to embark on their second year of the program, and they have already shown an unwavering commitment to the field. Their ability to step into the helping profession with grace, wisdom, compassion, empathy, and knowledge is truly inspiring.
What makes this group even more special is their diversity. They come from all walks of life—different races, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, socio-economic statuses, and family dynamics. Yet, the one thing they all share is a deep, common commitment to serving marginalized communities and making a positive impact on the world.
I am so proud of each and every one of them, and I can’t wait to see them reach the finish line and continue their amazing work in the field of social work! 🌟
