Starting January 2024, Andrea will move her yoga, sound bath, and wellness offerings to a new space - The Loft at Donna Lane Day Spa. This move marks a new chapter and we're excited about the changes ahead.

The new location will continue to offer the tranquil and rejuvenating experiences you've come to love at Thatcher House, but in a new and beautiful way.

As a result, you'll notice the name of this page changing in order to merge with Andrea Bridger Yoga as a single community.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support and enthusiasm. This evolution is a testament to the wonderful community we've built together.

Hello 🧡.
How's your week going? If it's been as hectic as mine you could use some time for yourself on the mat.

🧘‍♀️ A couple of options to practice together this weekend. I'll be teaching a yoga class on Saturday morning from 10-11 am that includes meditation, a gentle flow and finishing with a savasana sound bath.

☀️🎶 Let's bring in summer together. Join me for a the summer solstice sound bath Sunday at 4 pm. A sound bath is a passive listening experience that allows you to drop into a deep state of relaxation from the vibrations and harmonics of the singing bowls and instruments.
