It is with a heavy heart that we inform everyone that Succeed Exceptional Fitness nonprofit will be dissolved as of 3/31/2022. We have come to this decision after a lot of thinking and soul searching. We are no longer able to provide our services and support to our clients due to: a lack of human resources, the pandemic, and retirement of the executive director.

We appreciate all the support and donations that have been previously provided. We have used all the funds provided in the past to enable adults in our area to continue with group exercise classes that will continue for the next 4 months.

If you have any questions, concerns, or would like additional information about our dissolution plan. Please send us a DM and we will respond to you.

The eating season is in full swing, but you don’t have to accept that you will gain ten pounds. Stick mainly to healthier eating options, but have a bite or two of the treats and then stop. It is not wasting food; it is protecting your health and the health of our beloved exceptional people that we care for. Only have bite or two of pecan pie and then remove it from your site or even better through it away. Those first bites are the best. I did it at Walt Disney World and still lost 3lbs in a week by not overindulging. I ate my cake and had it too and so can You!

We are growing and NOT our waists!
We are adding more programs and classes. We are are working with more exceptional people and we want to keep growing. So to be able to add even more, we will need to add another fitness trainer/instructor. This will cost more money, but is needed by the exceptional community. If you have supported us, we thank you!! If you have yet to help out, please do it and allow us to offer our no cost programs to the ID/D community.
