In this 25 hour in depth live lecture series on the study of the subtleties and influences of the energetic body through the Chakra system, we will provide you with an 84 page manual and 25 hours of lecture and discussion. This course has both theory and practice presentations. It gives a clear look at the theories of the chakras and how they are experienced.

Hours can be used towards a 300 hour certificate through Hot Asana Yoga University or towards Yoga Alliance continuing education requirements.

Become certified to teach Restorative Yoga and dive deep into the Central Nervous System with Virginia Gallagher & Savana Harewood. Restorative yoga enables deep physical, mental and emotional relaxation as you teach students to hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props, calm music and verbal guidance. The main focus of this style of yoga is the resetting and stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system. Restorative yoga is an excellent way to help your students relieve stress and enjoy long, meditative stretches while balancing the nervous and immune system. Restorative yoga is intended to take the mindfulness that is found in all disciplines of yoga to the next level. It’s still and slow, and it’s as much (or more) about the mind as it is the body. Take advantage of this opportunity to diversify your teaching styles as well as your knowledge base.

This is one of many modules set up by Hot Asana Yoga University to stand alone as continuing education or to allow you to build your 300-hour certification at your own pace. You have up to five years to complete all 270 contact hours for a 300-hour certification.

This course is ideal for serious students and aspiring teachers. With thousands of hours of teaching experience, this teacher training program is designed to provide an in-depth exploration into the practice, process and science of yoga.

Tuition: $3000 if paid by Nov 1, 2025, $3250 if paid in full by Dec 1, 2025, $3500 after Dec 1, 2025 ($500 deposit and one payment of $3000) or $3700 on payment plan of $500 deposit and $400 per weekend. We accept MYCAA.
