Our Junior Athlete Strength & Development Summer Series starts this Monday, May 4th.

WHAT: 12 week progressive series that teaches the fundamentals of strong movement patterns and mechanics which develop power, strength, explosion, and injury prevention.

WHO: Junior athletes ages 12-15

WHEN: May, June, July / Monday & Wednesday at 4:15pm

THIS SATURDAY, May 2nd, if you’re registered for the 5k fundraiser and would like to kick off your run with a training session, used code ONEFREE when booking the 8:30am class online for a complimentary registration (limited spots available).

Workhorse members who are registered for the HYROX class are also invited to hop into the 5k.

We’re making this a collaborative effort to bring health and fitness together for a great cause; funding higher education scholarships for females pursuing degrees in the field of .

We’re excited to partner with the once again this Memorial Day to host their annual event. This event brings our community together to celebrate, honor, and support our active and retired and their families. The SF Trust does absolutely incredible things to support the SF community and their families including, but not limited to, higher education scholarships, therapy for soldiers, spouses, and children, family events/retreats to support deployments, PCSing, career transitions and changes.

As an active duty SF family and SF spouse owned business, we are so grateful for what the provides to our community and their families including the support they have shown to us personally.

We hope you will spend your morning with us, rucking, running, walking, eating, visiting…supporting this organization and the community that it serves. 🇺🇸

Take the challenge 💪🏼 Stop by our tent at the Spring Fest event this Saturday, 4/25, from 10am-4pm to show us what you’ve got.

🏆 you get 5 group training sessions on us, and bragging rights, if you complete 100 reps unbroken according to our judges’ standards.

🥇Participant with the OVERALL fastest time of the day will get 5 group training sessions PLUS a supplement gift + extra surprise prizes.

☑️ STANDARDS:
- Must use respective male/female weight (14/10 #)
- Must hit respective male/female target height (10/9’)
- Hip must drop below parallel (hip crease below knee crease)
- Any pause in movement greater than a 2-count will be considered a break/no longer unbroken reps

It was a tough week. Higher volume leaves us feeling every rep. Way to keep showing up, prioritizing your recovery between sessions, and getting a little better every day.

Coach had an awesome time introducing the students to a style training session today. We’re always honored to be part of the journey of future coaches, trainers, health professionals…and maybe even…future HYROX athletes?! 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏻‍♂️

We’re so excited to be the host location for the scholarship fundraiser . This great non-profit organization, founded by Moore Co. native, exists to support female students in their pursuit of higher education in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. 100% of the profits from this fundraiser will go directly to scholarships for female students in Moore and Richmond counties.

This year, we are blending our Saturday morning 8:30am HYROX class with the 5k event…offering opportunities for athletes attending the regularly scheduled training session to jump into a 1 mile run, or the full 5k, during the second half of the class.

If you would like to JUST do the fundraiser 5k, please find the 🔗 link to register in our bio. ☝🏼

🏃‍♀️Running not your thing? No big deal. There is no requirement to run. We invite runners, joggers, walkers…however you would like to participate and support…we welcome you.
