It’s slowly getting closer to 👻 spooky season 🕸️ and with that comes World Mental Health Day on October 10!

This year, we are so exciyed to share that we are partnering with the Currituck Family YMCA for this year’s annual 2025 Glow and Let Glow Zombie Run for Mental Health!

The event will be held on Saturday October 11, the day after World Mental Health Day, and will run from 4 - 7:30PM.

This event will include the Zombie Glow Run, Community Wellness Fair, and spookTRACKular. These will take place both outside and inside the Currituck YMCA (130 Community Way, Barco NC).

🔸The event kicks off at 4PM with donation based face painting for all
🔸The 1-mile Zombie Glow fun run begins at 5PM
🔸At 5:30 the crowd will move indoors for our Community Wellness Fair
🔸The YMCA’s spookTRACKular event starts at 6PM and runs on the indoors track until 7:30 PM.

17 and under run for free. 18+ run for $10.

All proceeds go towards The Villages of North Carolina hosting a local Mental Health First Aid training for rural communities and sponsoring 20 community members to complete the training.
