North Star Birthing Services is excited to share that we will be hosting a FREE screening of the documentary Me Period surrounding puberty + health. The film screening will be held: Thursday October 23rd from 5:15pm-8:00pm at the Safari Room inside the Potter Park Zoo located at 1301 S Pennsylvania Ave, Lansing, MI 48912.

‘Me Period’ is a film that shares how to help destigmatize menstruation. The journey often starts with the first period, but the way we come to know ourselves and our bodies begins with every conversation we’ve ever had—or haven’t had—before then.

Film followed by Q+A w/ panelists. Bring your daughter or any person that menstruates.
