Great morning! As a mental health professional I am so happy to see that the stigma surrounding mental health is deteriorating, but there is still work to do! For those dealing with anxiety and depression, and want additional support please join my facebook group Calming Waters ! If you know someone that may benefit please spread the word. It can be helpful to be in a space where you can have support, gain tools, gain insight, and know you are not alone!
