✨ Massage Medium Guide for Students & Therapists ✨

Not all massage products perform the same. Choosing the right medium improves control, technique, and overall results. Here’s a quick breakdown:

💧 Massage Oil
Great for lots of glide and flow. Perfect for Swedish. Just keep in mind — more slip means less control for detailed work.

🧴 Massage Lotion
A solid everyday option. Good balance of glide and grip, and easy to work with in most techniques.

🌿 Massage Gel
Lightweight and non-greasy. Some students like it for lighter work or when they don’t want that oily feel.

🧈 Massage Cream
Thicker than lotion, so you get more control. Really nice for therapeutic or focused muscle work.

💪 Deep Tissue Lotion
More grip, less slip. Great when you’re working slow and deep or doing more clinical-style techniques.
