Looking for two service workers to clean assisted living facility.

Must have insurnace. Must clean and change linen, residents apartments, common areas, outdoor trash. Maintains clean environment and sanitation with COVID precautions. PPE is provided.

Prep cook needed for assisted living kitchen, Hours are 9:30-5:00, days depending,Full time. May work some holidays. Must have experience as a side cook, safeserv encouraged but not required,TB and COVID test required, background check required.

Completing all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the Head Chef or other kitchen manager

Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves

Washing, chopping and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables and meats

Measuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients

Parboiling food, reducing sauces and starting first steps in various dishes

Cleaning dishes, washing cooking utensils and cookware, taking out the trash and sanitizing kitchen

Adhering to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards

Keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to order resupply

Follow all PPE requirements and protocols of COVID 19.

Must have reliable transportation and be timely.

Maintenance technician needed for assistant living facility.

Maintain communication with local fire marshal building inspector and other jurisdiction governing the community maintenance technician will maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on but no limited to HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment.

Maintaining and prep and preparing for new tenant move ins.

Not limited to paint, carpet, drywall repair, floor repair,etc

Must have experience must be tested for Covid and TB. Background check is mandatory. Immediate start time.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 but are flexible, nights and weekends are on call.

Also in room activity planning. Purchasing supplies for activities, prizes and parties. Helping with delivery of items to resident apartments and picking up items for residents at the store at times. Decorating the activity room and bulletin boards. Help with grocery runs and welcoming new residents.

Must have Covid test before applying must be able to work flexible schedule.

Assisted living facility is seeking a cook for our assisted living facility. Hours vary due to covid as well as duties. Must provide COVID negative test, must wear PPE at all times. Hourly Pay Is dependent on your experience and skills.

Primary Responsibilities for Assistant Cook: • Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents. • Responsible for knowing all information in the employee-handbook. • Responsible for maintaining proper/hygienic food handling techniques and the overall sanitation requirements of a food service area and the personnel. Responsible for setting up food and supplies for special events in coordination with the building Executive Director and Lifestyle Director. • Notes and reports in areas or articles in need of repair. • Engage in prospective resident visits. • Maintain regulatory compliance where applicable. • Other duties as assigned by Culinary Director or Executive Director. • All Assistant Cooks must obtain and maintain a Serve Safe Certification.
Assist with menu planning and food ordering weekly. Must have reliable
transportation willing to work weekends and holidays.
