Northland Family Planning is currently hiring for entry level Patient Care Coordinators and Appointment Center Reps at all three of our metro Detroit clinics. These roles are not just about answering phones and scheduling patients - you will be the first person at Northland to speak to patients seeking an abortion. We are seeking staff who are kind hearted, empathetic, and good listeners.

Benefits include 3 weeks PTO and health benefits! With starting pay at $17- $20 an hour based on education and experience, we welcome those passionate about abortion rights and healthcare!

While we encourage patients to visit our clinics in person, we understand that for those living further away, that may not be possible. Now that the Upper Peninsula has NO abortion clinics, patients in Michigan are being forced to travel further than ever. For patients who are unable to visit our Detroit area clinics, we offer Telehealth services.

Eligibility:

* Must be less than 11 weeks pregnant
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must not have a history of ectopic (tubal) pregnancy or any complications from the medication abortion pill
* Must have a Michigan mailing address for the medication delivery
