We utilize a variety of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. We believe that our jobs as therapists is to listen, understand and foster positive change. It is our objective to assist and guide you in meeting your goals and overcoming life's challenges.

We specialize in working with individuals affected by anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. As well as counseling young adults that are transitioning to independent living such as attending college. We have assisted these individuals on such issues as self-confidence, relationships, problem-solving, and more!
