As we begin our journey of protective solutions, one of the first questions I would like to propose to the group is what do we value the most and want to protect? Once we have answered that question, we can then develop possible solutions to propose to the community.
To begin our conversation, I would like to suggest we start with our health and then move to other topics!
In my opinion, a good health system centers around three elements- diet, exercise, and sleep.
Personally, my core diet comes from the Gracies; however, I do use a combination of other diet systems such as Naturally Slim and Keto. In addition, I use a vitamin supplement called Thrive.
For me, exercise alone was not good enough! I had to alter my diet. I have always struggled with weight, which has contributed to all the other goodies that come along with being overweight such as high blood pressure, depression, etc.
With regard to sleep, working out of state and running a business is always time-consuming, which impacts my weight.
Today, I feel much better and have a lot more energy. My weight has gone from 216lbs (ouch) to 165lbs.
