✨ Big News from My Heart to Yours ✨

I can hardly believe I’m writing this… but my very own wellness room is finally complete! 💫 A sacred, peaceful space created with so much love and intention where I’ll now be offering private sessions for those ready to reconnect, release, and realign.

This has been years in the making. Not just the room, but the journey… the deep healing, self-discovery, soul-searching, and learning to truly love every part of who I am. It hasn’t always been easy, but every step—every twist, turn, and tear—has brought me right here. And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

To now have a space where I can hold others with presence and compassion… it feels like coming home, to myself and to my purpose. 🕊️
Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. I’m beyond excited to open this next chapter and walk beside those who feel called to this kind of healing work. Yoga‘s been transformative for me, starting . Embracing diversity and inclusion, I’ve learned to let go of ego and judgment, accepting others and myself. The path opened doors to greater things, positively impacting my life. Using props in yoga such as blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets offers essential support to the body, allowing deeper release, enhanced alignment, and reduced strain on joints and muscles. Sometimes, I find myself craving a slower, more grounding practice, especially after the intensity of a busy week or vigorous workouts. That’s when Yin Yoga becomes an invaluable part of my routine. In Yin, poses are held for several minutes with the help of props, allowing the body to fully surrender and target deep connective tissues like fascia and joints. This stillness activates the parasympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system—our “rest and digest” state encouraging deep relaxation, emotional release, and physical healing. Including a weekly Yin practice supports recovery, reduces inflammation, improves flexibility, and helps restore balance between effort and ease, strength and surrender. Sometimes life whispers through fatigue, and other times it shouts through pain—pulling us into stillness whether we’re ready or not. Being forced to rest due to surgery or illness can feel like life has pressed pause without permission. But in that immobility, there’s a rare kind of magic—a sacred invitation to come home to ourselves.

When rest is chosen, it’s a conscious act of self-love. When rest is demanded, it becomes a reckoning—a chance to confront all we’ve ignored in the rush to keep going. In both, there is wisdom.

Lying in bed, slowed by healing, we begin to hear the language of the body—the aching truths, the quiet resilience, the needs we’ve silenced. Time stretches differently here, not in hours or accomplishments, but in the deep work of renewal. It’s a place where transformation begins—not with doing more, but with surrendering to less.

Learning to rest, to truly listen, is not weakness. It’s a radical form of strength. When we honor the signals of the body, whether whispered or screamed, we create space to return to life more whole, more aware, more in tune.

Rest is not the absence of progress—it’s the foundation of it.

After days of trying to rearrange and adjust schedules I simply let go of the idea of being able to attend this years Unapologetic Abundance Retreat with Erin Renninger. And of course, the following day Erin announced she had an attendee who had to cancel and she decided to GIVEAWAY the spot to the amazing Retreat on Lake Saluda AND a VIP ticket to the Unapologetic Abundance event in Greenville, SC. I was so sad that I couldn’t even apply especially because a dear friend is speaking at the event and I truly wanted to be there. Fast forward and there it was after having let go I was basically handed all of the answers needed and quickly applied for the spot before time ran out.
And guess what! I WON!!! I am filled with soo much gratitude for this opportunity and now know I was meant to be here ❤️❤️❤️

As I prepare for my new adventure in North Carolina, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible people people I have met in Michigan. Your positive impact on my life has been immeasurable. The memories we’ve shared will always have a special place in my heart. I’m eager to embrace the new opportunities that await, but leaving behind such a supportive community makes this transition bittersweet you have shown me the true meaning of friendship and community and for that, I am forever thankful as I look toward the future, I carry with me the lessons and love you’ve all imparted. North Carolina offers a fresh start yet my loyalty to the bonds we’ve built remains unwavering. I hope to visit often and keep our connection strong continuing to share each other‘s joys and challenges. Michigan will always feel like home. Thanks to all of you, and as I embark on this new journey, please know that each of you will always hold a special place in my heart, the laughter, the lessons and the bonds we’ve created are the treasures I carry with me.
